Notebook crashes if a profile is used #871

If any profile other than the default is used, the entire notebook blows up at the first cell execution, with this traceback:

AttributeError: 'IPKernelApp' object has no attribute 'profile_name'

Min RK fix kernel connection messsage with non-default profile
printing the connection message would crash the kernel, due to a typo
