IronMQ Documentation Overview needs 5th item (Check Queue Size) #39

In the Overview page of the IronMQ Documentation, it only lists 4 items.

A 5th item should be added: Check Queue Size

This seems like an essential operation that should be mentioned in the overview.

I'm not sure checking queue size is an operation for a getting started page. But it should link to the API docs more clearly in "next steps" so people can find all the other functions easily.

I can get behind linking to it in the next steps part. I agree with @treeder though; not sure it really belongs in the getting started page. I'll tackle this in the next 24 hours.
