Irssi doesn't notify the user if someone sends a
CTCP USERINFO request to him/her.
Checking /set ctcp and /set userinfo shows nothing
useful, by which I could change this behaviour in
a nice way.

Alright, this might not seem a High problem, but
it is annoying that I don't know what is happening
to me.

I don't really like how it works, the code duplication... but anyways, I fixed it in svn
