Why? You use CONNECT to connect to servers or networks present in the configuration; the SERVER command is used to add a server to the configuration, or to connect to a server directly.

If you don't specify any SSL parameters, SSL is never used; so why would you need "nossl" parameters in a command that never uses them?

It means you can switch those settings off if you like without needing to delete and re-add the server, it would be a nicer UI.

I guess a nossl parameter could be added to SERVER SERVER ADD and CONNECT to facilitate this request.
