Currently the only mechanism to render to an irydium document is via a svelte component. It would often be nice to be able to render directly to the document from a cell (e.g. by returning an image, svg, or HTML block). I think this is particularly important in the context of Python support: this is the model that people expect when using libraries like matplotlib and altair.

Likely the best way of doing this is by creating an anonymous svelte component to go along with the cell's output at build time.

There are some architectural pieces which need to be thought through here (some of which go to the core of what irydium is even trying to accomplish) but writing this down as an issue in case people have additional thoughts or discussion points.
