EISDIR when unlinking with 2.1.0 #15

Hi, just tried the latest 2.1.0 release, I use rimraf to cleanup the cache folder, containing other folders but it fails now:

Unable to start server due to error: EISDIR, unlink '/---/cache/p_7641'
Trace

Ah, needs to catch EISDIR as well as EPERM. Thanks.
