delete directories with read-only flag on windows #161

When lstat or deleting a file fails with EPERM on windows, it will force the directory to writable and repeat. If the rmdir fails however (i.e. because of a read-only attribute), that error was not handled and rimraf failed.
This commit applies fixWinEPERM to that case as well.

EPERM is now handled.
