Apparently PyPi now requires the long_descrition variable in setup.py to
be "valid" reStructuredText and won't let you upload new releases if
something is wrong.

Of course, doing things like using intersphinx in your README.rst is
"invalid" since PyPi doesn't build the whole doc and tries to render the
README as a stand-alone file...

Anyway, I made the README a little crappier to make PyPi happy again and
that makes me sad.
