先看现状，现实中的大多数程序员只需要读写（read and write）能力，所以我们可以把英文学习范围缩小到读写，从而降低掌握英文读写的复杂度。解决问题时缩小求解范围，就能降低求解的复杂度，这是程序员的基本共识。所以我提出了形式中文这一中英结合的渐进式框架

形式中文（Formalized Chinese）是一种适用于程序员学习英语的工具。这种工具通过限定英语学习范围到读写（read and write），并允许中文词汇进行形式变化，来简化英语学习过程

为什么说正面激励非常重要？你想过你为什么学不好英语吗？学不好最本质是你内心根本就不相信你能学好，这种不相信可能不是你一开始就不相信的（如果一开始是就更惨了），而学习过程中的负反馈，一点一点地积累形成的，比如说背单词，背大量单词出现的遗忘现象这种负面反馈就会是使你信心受挫，如会认为自己的记忆力差，怀疑自己，否定自己，然而你必须面对考试的压力，不得不在投入更多时间背单词，恶性循环，然后就慢慢地不认可自己在做的事

面对遗忘的问题时候，不应该逃避它，而是正视它，你想过为什么背完单词会又忘了吗？忘记不是因为你记忆力差，而是单词对你来说不接受、不重要、没联系，背单词很重要这种说法只是老师、考试等外在因素强迫你的，你内心从来就不觉得单词很重要，因为你在忘记。或者说记单词这件事很痛苦，可忘记痛苦是人类的自我保护机制，不要也不可能违背人的天性，直面真实的自己吧
