Updated to be installable via npm or yarn. Also fixed jshint warnings

Last 0.9 version

Packaged up the current version so we can move on to v1.0.x

The dist folder now includes jquery.tablednd.0.9.2.js and it's minified equivalent so that people can continue to use this if required.
