Add note about misaka 1.0/2.0 discrepancy. Align example `[markup]` conf block inside docs with the defaults in `util/html.py`. Fix formatting issue, code instead of link.

Should be used with caution, hence the warnings.
Give them a light grey background (the same as for `main .docs .highlight`) and some padding to make them stand out against the rest of paragraph text. This follows the conventions of most documentation styles.
