Transfer progress stops updating

When I download over SFTP with v6.2/Win, 90% of the time the transfer window stops responding (the progress locks up). It's still moving data, but never seems to stop/complete. I've let it go for an hour, the d/ls should have finished, but it's still moving data (as confirmed on my gateway). Sometimes I can download one file at a time, sometimes 2 or 3 but something triggers and they all stop in the window.

v6.1/Win doesn't have this problem, so I went back to that.

It does NOT happen on v6.2/OSX (just confirmed)
