I found a small issue when trying to drag files from an ftp server to a local folder that contains spaces.
The 'Transfers' window will return an I/O Error in such cases.

For example, when transferring a file 'context.txt' to the folder 'My Folder' on my Desktop I get:

I/O Error: Connection failed
/context.txt
/Users/sander/Desktop/My%20Folder/content.txt (No such file or directory)

My guess is that the %20 escaping of spaces in the path is probably incorrect.
