Connection failed

"Connection refused (Connection refused). The connection attempt was rejected. The server may be down, or your network may not be properly configured."

I have already thoroughly checked everything on my end at the hosting service provider. Nothing is wrong on that end. I can't seem to connect due to having tried to delete a folder called "zerotimeparent" from that specific server and I thought exiting would solve the case but I was wrong and I cannot seem to get back on.

Please kindly assist in this matter, due to this error, my website will not function properly on the web.

We can connect just fine here. Please try using a different Internet connection.
