Interoperability failure

Whenever I input in the FTP credentials, it gives me an error saying:

Interoperability failure
Could not parse response code.
Server Reply: SSH-2.0-1.82_sshlib Globalscape. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.

I am uncertain about what I can do to resolve this issue. I have also changed my default protocol to be SFTP and it still shows the same message.

The error suggests you are trying to connect to a SSH (SFTP) server using FTP.
