We use a drop box like FTP folder, and therefore can't LIST the folder contents. The Cyberduck help mentions an option for turning off the LIST -A command, but it is no longer there. Is this feature gone forever, or will it be back?

The preference you mention is unrelated to the problem you have. It is now determined automatically if LIST -a or just plain LIST should be used. Do you get a error message trying to upload to the Drop box?

Via Email:

Yeah, I get an error when it tries to list. Everything works, the error
just throws our users off thinking it's broken. It would be great to see an
option to turn off running LIST completely. I know this probably is a
pretty rare thing, but it would help us! : )

Here's the error:

230 User agfa logged in.

CWD /doubleside

The upload should still succeed even if the error message is shown afterwards about the failed diretory listing. If you check not to prompt for existing files in the transfer preferences, no directory listing attempt should be made.
