Never get past "listing directory"

When connecting to my ftp account, I get "listing directory" and the files are never listed. The Console gets the following error;

Unable to find internet password, error #-25300 - errSecItemNotFound - The item cannot be found.

The password for this account is correct, and the account can be accessed using other FTP programs and the Connect to Server option in Finder.
