Synchronisation of a large folder takes ages to complete

Since the version 7.9.0 synchronisation of a large folder takes hours instead a less than a minute in the old version.

A fresh install didn't help to solve the problem.
When creating a log of sync process, i notice that the files in the folder are scanned several times. After a few minutes a stopped the sync and found that the filenames where accessed several honderd times.

Please help to solve this problem.

I reinstalled Version 7.8.5 (34493) and the synchronisation works fine.
