85833a0 created the issue

Currently Apple+D combo is used as shortcut to trigger the download of a File and there is none for duplicating a File..

So my idea is to assign Apple+D for duplicating a file (like its implemented in the Finder) and to create a new one such as Apple+DownArrow for the downloads.

The shortcut to download has been changed to Alt-Pagedown; duplicate file is now Command-D.
