edit in external editor won't activate

8004a66 created the issue

I just upgraded to Cyberduck 2.5.5 from 2.5.3 and the "Edit" button seems permanently disabled (grayed out). I set the preferences to edit in external editor on double-click and that won't work either. Works fine in 2.5.3

Do I need to set something? Or is this a bug?

Try running

/System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/\
Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister \
-kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user

in a Terminal.app window.
