It would be nice if Apple bundle file types (.app, Pages/.pages, Keynote/.key) showed up as if they were single files similarly to how the Finder treats them.
This is primarily an issue in relation to http://trac.cyberduck.ch/ticket/18 -- it's hard to deselect these "files" from synchronisation because they're actually directories with lots of files in them and deselecting the directory doesn't deselect the contents of the folder.
The other issue is in regards to usability--users who don't know that these "files" are really folders get confused when they see them as directories with files inside that they never explicitly created.
