Transfer with 'Resume' or 'Compare' option marked as incomplete when all files can be skipped

Hello! As I choose in app's Preferences –> Transfers –> General –> Downloads: Existing Files –> 'Resume' or 'Compare' option and try do download a file (that already exists on my local disk) I get the "Transfer incomplete' result with 0 B transferred. If I change the option to 'Overwrite', the file gets downloaded (overwritten) with no problem.

(Cyberduck Version 8.2.1 (36773) on macOS 10.15.7)

I have the same 'transfer incomplete' message with Skip.
