jobjc_lookupObjCObject(): returning garbage collected java ref

Cyberduck disappears without warning and without any errors. This last time, I looked in Console and saw this (I think the problem was at :52 seconds) ...

Issues like this should be resolved by a refactored access to non-thread safe method calls in the Cocoa Framework. In d223daa.
