Cyberduck reports an error when trying to download a file with an ä, ö, ü or other non-ASCII-glyphs in its name. In Cyberducks file list, the glyph is replaced by a ? on a black field. "Fetch" downloads the file without problems.

Versuchen Sie, die Zeichenkodierung zu ändern. Befehl Darstellung → Zeichenkodierung. Probieren Sie UTF-8 (Standard), ISO-8859-1 und Windows-1252 aus.

See https://trac.cyberduck.io/wiki/help/de/problems.
