a6454a2 created the issue

Moving one file from one browser window to another browser window if they're the same server will still copy the file by downloading and reuploading. This means that transferring a file from one spot to another on the same server takes many times longer than it should if you are browsing the server in multiple windows, because the program views them as separate connections.

Issue still present in 4.4.5.
