Full ACL support

Currently only a preset of ACLs is supported to configure in the Permissions section of the File Info panel.

Supported grantees currently are

• CanonicalGrantee with the ID of the owner of the bucket with read and/or write permission.
• http://acs.amazonaws.com/groups/global/AllUsers with read and/or write permission.
