62d9eb3 created the issue

Since upgrading to Cyberduck 3.4.1 when I delete a file it still remains visible. I can then upload the new version and there appears to be no change but when I check the website the correct files have been removed and replaced. When uploading new files they do not appear in the window but there is an empty space where the file should be (the file is not visible). When the site is checked the uploaded file is there. I am using OSX 6.2
