Uploading issue

Sorry if I'm just missing something here, but I have been uploading lots of files lately, to different FTP servers and I keep hitting this weird and annoying problem...

Once a file has uploaded all the way, it goes to finish the upload, then goes back to retry uploading it - often without prompting me if I want to or not, and starts overwriting the perfectly good file it just uploaded.

Any suggestions?

Possibly changing the permissions or timestamp fails upon completing the upload. Check the error message and log and post it here. Workaround is to uncheck Preferences → Transfers → Permissions → Change permissions for uploads.
