S3 Versioning does not allow downloading of "deleted" files

70779c3 created the issue

While the S3 interface displays the "deleted" S3 files when using "View -> Show Hidden Files", actually downloading the file downloads the most recent object of the same name.

Interestingly, the Transfers window, when completed, shows this:

"Download Complete, CURRENT_OBJECT_SIZE of PREVIOUS_OBJECT_SIZE"

so you can get funny messages like:

"Download Complete, 25 M of 89.2 K"

(also, the "common problems" link of the new ticket guidelines is a 404 "Page help/en/problems not found")
