Since downloading the latest version of CyberDuck I have come across a problem.
I am still able to login to my FTP server and I can browse and change folder etc but whenever I try to manipulate a file (open, duplicate, edit etc) it never gets past 'prepareing.. index.php' or whatever the filename is.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still have the same problem.
Please help

I have this same issue when trying to connect to my hostmonster.com account. I try to edit a file (ex: index.html) and I get a message 'preparing.. index.html' It seems to only happen in ftp-ssl but when i change the connection to ftp it works. When I change to sftp I get a message that it connects, but I never actually get connected (list of files never comes up). I have checked the settings in my cPannel and they do allow sftp connections. Here are my logs for the issues i am having:
FTP-SSH file edit attempt:
NOOP
200 Zzz...
TYPE I
200 TYPE is now 8-bit binary
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (74,220,207,121,222,158)
PORT 192,168,15,100,197,195
500 I won't open a connection to 192.168.15.100 (only to 96.25.251.31)
SFTP connect attempt:
no logs, just says
"opening sftp connection to XXXXXX.com"
"authenticating as xxxxxxxxx"
"starting SFTP session"
and a couple of others that i can't read fast enough to see.
