The Help menu / CyberDuck Help sub-menu does not lead to a help page.
It goes to http://trac.cyberduck.ch/wiki/help/English. I would expect it to go to something like http://trac.cyberduck.ch/wiki/help/English

Is it possible that your installation has been modified? E.g. if you look into the Cyberduck.app bundle (Show Package Contents in the Finder context menu). There should be a folder Contents/Resources/en.lproj.
