Uploading file to Google Docs collection places it in root folder instead

When uploading a file(s) to a Google Docs (Premier) collection/folder, Cyberduck seems to disregard what directory it was uploaded to.  You must login to Google Docs and move the newly uploaded file(s) to the appropriate collection.
