OSX Lion Bug?

Ducky I need your help.

When I edit a file, like my index.html in a program such as Smultron, everything is fine.
When I quit Cyberduck, and Smultron to have lunch or do some laundry, and return to my iMac to re-open Cyberduck I have the following problem:

I can't edit the same file again, because Cyberduck just quits and gives me the ability to do Crash Reports.
I think this has something to do with the fact it trys to open the file from my Trash, does this make sense?

Can I send my Crash report somewhere?

Please attach a crash report and let me know if you are using the version available from the App Store.
