I was able to replicate the same problem on my MacPro at work, running 10.5.8. Cyberduck v.4.1 downloaded using the link on page 1 of the website would not launch. I recently reinstalled Leopard on a new hard drive, so the system is only a few weeks old. I really don't have time to trouble shoot the problem on company time, but I thought you should know.
