Windows 7: crashes on startup

When I try to open Cyberduck, a Windows error dialog pops up, saying: "Cyberduck funktioniert nicht mehr" and giving the option to close the program.
It also shows some detailed information:

I have installed only one version of .NET-Framework (Version 4 Client Profile + German Language Pack).
