I am trying to upload a .mov file from my laptop with Mac OS 10.7.5 to a public access TV station server using the filename info required for my program, which is a five digit number, an underscore and another four digit number with the .mov extension. I am repeatedly getting the error message "550 /..." with the filename and a long list of other characters and then ":Forbidden filename". I have not added any other characters other than the original filename and have no idea what the rest of these other characters mean. All I know is that my file will not upload to this server, even though I am following the instructions of the public access website on how to upload via Cyberduck.
I have already contacted the staff at MNN, the public access station and they are unable to explain why this is happening, nor give me any furher advice.
I have noted that the public folder I am trying to upload to already has someone else's files in it. I don't know whether this has anything to do with it. The fact that the error says "forbidden filename" has me stumped. Is there any reason there should be a problem with a filename like 00000_0000.mov?
Please advise as soon as possible as to how I can clear up this problem. I have deadlines as to when I need to have my files uploaded to the MNN server.
Thank you for your help.

You are missing permissions to upload this file possibly due to a naming conflict as you suggest. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.
