fd8b5bf created the issue

before upgrading, files that i upload to the AWS bucket will automatically have a "Everyone - Read" permission, but now, that permission don't appear on any file i uploaded, and when i try to update the permission, it will not be saved.

it's the same on my Mac (10.9), Home PC (Win 8.1), and Office PC (win 7)

Refer to Default ACLs in the Cyberduck Wiki S3 documentation for default ACLs set on upload.
