Could not generate DH keypair

I want to connect to an FTPS server but I get an error message:

Connection failed

java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not generate DH keypair.

220 ProFTPD 1.3.4a Server (Debian)
AUTH TLS
234 AUTH TLS successful

I have JRE 1.7.0_51. I installed the "Unlimited Strength Java(TM) Cryptography Extension Policy Files" but no success.

There is no JRE installation requirement to run Cyberduck and it is not used.

What is the server DNS name you are trying to connect to?

Unfortunately it's a private FTP server, but I've attached a tcpdump capture of the traffic.

Unfortunately no luck with Version 4.4.4 (14217) - still the same error message.
