Crash opening preferences when reading launch services database of installed applications

Just paid $23 for cyberduck in mac app store (so that updates will be automatic) and I am able to use it as ftp but it crashes whenever I use cyberduck preferences. I tried everything suggested in google search for this problem and no go. I've attached the preferences file. Thanks, Nina Rota

Same thing here: just bought from the Mac App store and it crashes when I open preferences.

Thanks for the ticket link.

This is not fixed as far as I can tell. Updated cyberduck using app store, restarted computer then cyberduck and clicked on preferences. Crash.

What am i missing?

This issue only affects the sandboxed application that is distributed through the Mac App Store.
