On a Macbook Pro with the a fresh install of the latest update of Yosemite (10.10.3) I downloaded Cyberduck 4.7 from the website in Chrome using this link:
https://update.cyberduck.io/Cyberduck-4.7.zip

It unzips fine, I drag the app to "Applications" and double-click to open it. A dialog pops up saying:

"Cyberduck" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

I deleted it and retried several times with the same results. Cyberduck has never been installed on this system before.

Can you run codesign -d -r- --deep-verify /Applications/Cyberduck.app in a Terminal.app window.

Thanks for taking a look. I ran:

codesign -d -r- --deep-verify /Applications/Cyberduck.app

Result:

The signature verification looks just fine. Not sure why Gatekeeper still complains.
