Goodmorning,
after the 4.6.2 i cant update cyberduck because the newer version always doesnt work.

I cant download files by double click for edit and i cant download files by drag because the program crashes.
I've tried to wip the preference folder, uninstall and reinstall but nothing to do, i must use the 4.6.2

I'm running the latest windows 7 up to date and all the drivers etc are fine.
What should i do?

Replying to [comment:2 dkocher]:

As I mentioned in the post I already did it.
I have no user.config file in the "AppData\Roaming\Cyberduck" folder, infact there are just the bookmarks, sessions, trasfers, CrashReporter and history.

Just to be sure as I said I removed all the Cyberduck folder so the installation had to be clean i guess.
I also tried to search the file you mentioned but no sign of it.

So how should I proceed?

The user.config to delete you find in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\iterate_GmbH\Cyberduck.exe_Url_[id]\[version]\.

Thanks yla.

I've deleted all the "iterate_GmbH" folder to be sure, but I still have the problem.
Another problem is that I cant click on "preference" because it crash.

I've solved removing the line reported here: https://trac.cyberduck.io/ticket/8930, so I confirm is a bug,
Thanks
