Hello, I hope you can help, I am getting an error message saying connection failed, connection refused. I contacted my host and they have confirmed that I am SSH enabled, I've tried setting up new FTP accounts with the host, triple checked that I'm putting the correct details in and google'd lots of places, but cannot find anymore help. I've got a Mac with operating system 10.6 and I've downloaded Cyberduck version 4.5. My website is down and I'm desperate to get the files uploaded to get it running again.
Your help is much appreciated...thanks!

Make sure you choose SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) if your server supports SSH connections or FTP (File Transfer Protocol) if only regular FTP is supported.
