Hello,

I was told by bigcommerce.com to contact you regarding the use of your software to upload files. I have a folder synced to a folder on my hard drive to update inventory levels in my store but it only sync’s if I manually tell it to. Is there a way to automate this? My file updates every 15 minutes and I would like it to automatically sync each time.

You will be better suited with using Mountain Duck from https://mountainduck.io/ where you can mount the BigCommerce storage as a drive and use any synchronization tool of your choice together with scripting to regularly update.

How much is that? I already pay bigcommerce and the web developer I fired. Is there no way to do it using the version I have installed?
