On Mac OS X El Capitan, when an SFTP bookmark is created with a specific remote path, Cyberduck connects but uses the default path instead of the bookmarked one. Example would be, say:
sftp://user@server.example.com/www/userswebsite/
But instead connects to, say, /home/user/
