Missing upload notification after editing file

I've noticed that I have not been getting notifications when I save a file to a server or when a transfer is complete. Was Growl disabled some time back and replaced with OS X notifications? When I double click on a file, edit it in Sublime and then close Sublime it transfers back however I do not get a notification that its complete. Should I ?

I can reproduce the issue that the notification does not popup but only appear in the Notifications list sidebar.

Just downloaded 5.1, opened a file, and then saved it. Still no notification?
