Well, we are new customers. This is our first (trial) implementation. I'm the IT guy. I'm having trouble. When I create a bookmark in Windows (7 Enterprise), it requires an AuthCode from the Browser. The account associated with our Google Drive does not require 2-factor authentication. I also could not find any step-by-step guides on setting up GDrive (or any other connection). Please advise.

You can find setup instructions in our wiki. Copy the code from the browser to the login prompt in Cyberduck to complete the login in Cyberduck.
