When transferring data that contains (or belongs to) a folder that is handled as a bundle, Cyberduck encounters an error when writing files in that folder.
Such folders (e.g. those named *.sparsebundle) are handled as a single file by the finder, not as folders.
This has been tested and confirmed with SFTP transfers, other transfers method not tested.

That should not make any difference, as on the filesystem a bundle is just a regular folder. What error message do you get for the failed transfer?

My bad, this seems indeed a read error, not a write error. Read is performed from a remote online backup service.
