Describe the bug
If you delete a choice it clears out all after

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add an option
  2. Add some choices
  3. Fill out the choices
  4. Delete a choice in the beginning
  5. See error

Expected behavior
The choice content stays
