The repo does not currently help users have a quick overview of the
Yampa project as a whole.

This commit reorganizes the repo into directories so that each main
library is in a separate directory.

In #176 the structure of the repo changed. The README contained a link
to the yampa-test library that was left behind and now leads nowhere.
The same happened in dunai, which invalidated one of the links in this
README.

This commit updates those links to point directly to the corresponding
path in the repo on github.

In #176 the structure of the repo changed. The Haddock contained a link
to paths in the repo that don't exist or will soon cease to exist.

This commit updates those links to point directly to the new location in
the repo on github.
