TestPhysicsCharacter spins Sinbad too fast #1026

If jme3test.bullet.TestPhysicsCharacter is run without Vsync and one of the rotate keys (A, D, left-arrow, or right-arrow) is pressed, the character will spin too fast. This occurs because the rotation amount is coded as 0.02 radians per frame. Without Vsync, the application might run at 3,000 frames per second, producing a rotation rate of 9.6 revolutions per second.

Fixed in master branch at 512b096 and recommended for the v3.2.3 release.
